The final installment for 2013! We definitely had LOTS of fun with the elves this year. Just when I think we can’t possibly find any new ideas, they come. Thank goodness for people sharing. Elves helping elves. ;)
I may be missing a few shots here and there but I still wanted to get as much as possible Blogged. I hope everyone had a GREAT Christmas!
(If you missed parts 1 & 2 and want to see what Buddy, Ginny & Sheldon were up to for the entire Christmas season, click HERE and HERE.)
“All aboard the candy cane train!”
(The note said for each kid to take two boxes to school to share with their class).
“Hang on Buddy. Just a little bit longer…”
“Don’t be a Grinch. It’s almost Christmas!”
Just hanging out in the kitchen.
“Help. I’m stuck in a box of cookies and I can’t get up!”
They’re not always *that* clever. Sometimes, our elves do just sit & watch…
Playing around in our stockings.
“Hey guys. It’s awful dark in here.” – Sheldon AKA upside down elf
They also replaced our stockings with undies and then hid deep in the tree. Real nice elves.
“Hope you don’t get any visitors today!”
“This means war Peacock!”
(name that movie)
The kids made a cardboard house and decked-out Barbie’s car as a reindeer as a little treat for our mischievous elves.
“Rolling down the street…”
Pulling out an old elf prank. Painted noses while they slept!
“Cheese! We’re a bunch of Rudolphs!”
The culprits…
And since I never posted this here, this is a copy of the Miller family’s Christmas card. It’s a little hard to appreciate in this format, but it was a folded card with a scalloped front. Top-left was the cover, the green spread was the inside and bottom-left was the back.
Bigger copy of the inside spread:
If I don’t get back here by the new year, happy 2014!
